David devotes his practice to providing custom solutions for small businesses in the areas of business law and fraud investigations. Prior to starting the Law Office of David Feliciano, David spent 6 years with Deloitte where he provided strategy, financial, and fraud investigation consulting services to Fortune 500 companies. Before his consulting career, David gained notable experience at the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) where he worked on accounting regulation enforcement cases, and with an international corporate law firm where he worked on antitrust and tax matters.
After spending the early part of his career working with corporations and regulatory agencies, David decided to open the Law Office of David Feliciano so he could work one-on-one with small businesses to protect their financial interests. As a husband and father, and coming from a multi-generational family of small business owners, he understands the issues and difficulties they face. With his background as both an attorney and MBA, and experience consulting on complex financial matters, David has accumulated a diverse skill set which allows him to make a direct and positive impact on the lives of business owners who seek the peace of mind they deserve.
David believes in a life of service to others, and spends significant time volunteering for various charitable and community programs, including his family’s church and for nine years as a youth mentor with the Refugee Youth Project in Baltimore, MD.
David was born and raised in Silver Spring, MD and attended St. John’s College High School in Washington, D.C. He holds a JD/MBA from the University of Baltimore School of Law/Merrick School of Business, and a B.S. in Finance from the University of Maryland, College Park. He currently resides with his wife and three sons in Northern Virginia.
